This notice explains what personal information Joyavista collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

Joyavista Ltd is the controller of your personal information. We're registered in England and Wales (company no. 17225948), with our registered office at 23 Manston Road, Margate, Kent, CT9 4LZ, United Kingdom.

If you email us

We receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it to reply, and to discuss and deliver any work we do together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract you've asked about.

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or project needs it, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Analytics (only if you accept)

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city) and how you arrived. We don't use it to identify you, and we don't use advertising features. Our lawful basis is your consent.

Google processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the UK, under Google's standard safeguards. We keep analytics data for no more than 14 months.

If you reject cookies, Google Analytics isn't loaded at all.

Changing your mind

You can change your cookie choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and remove its cookies from your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, and to ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, to object to how we use it, or to transfer it. Email hello@joyavista.com and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
